Jeanine Ogawa was formerly a partner with Ashford & Wriston, and rejoined the firm as Counsel in 2023.

Ms Ogawa’s experience includes a broad range of business and real estate matters, including business mergers and acquisitions, financing, real property dispositions and acquisitions, real property development, leasing and construction.

Prior to rejoining Ashford & Wriston, Ms. Ogawa served as General Counsel at Haseko (Hawaii), Inc. and at Bishop Museum, and practiced with various law firms in Honolulu.

Community Activities:

Ms. Ogawa serves on the Board of Directors of the Hawaii Culinary Education Foundation, the Hawaii Seafood Council and the Harvard Club of Hawaii. She previously served on the boards of the Ronald McDonald House of Hawaii, the Hawaii Agricultural Foundation and the Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
